I am a full-time, second generation REALTOR® since early 1998 (my Father, Jose de Armero, was a REALTOR® from 1975 until 2010). I started my real estate carrier in RE/MAX Today in San Carlos learning from the top agents in the San Mateo County. I had the opportunity to learn from Jack Turturici and John Shroyer as my mentors for the past twelve years.
My local area knowledge is extensive. I sell real estate in all of San Mateo, Santa Clara & Alameda County with an emphasis on Redwood City, San Carlos, San Mateo, Belmont, San Bruno, Millbrae, Daly City, East Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose, Fremont, Newark, and Hayward.
Additionally, I have assisted buyers and sellers all over San Mateo and the Santa Clara County. I am familiar with the individual cities and towns in Silicon Valley.
My experience is in selling all types of residential real estate: condos and PUDs, single family homes, and estate properties. I have sold some new homes but mostly do resale transactions. In the past two years I am being working with different banks helping them unloading their properties. I’m certified in different aspects of the REO Market and approved with different Vendors like REO Brokers, ORDMS, NRB, DST, Clear capital and other management companies.
An education junkie, I have an extensive real state education - including 8 college level courses: finance, appraisal, real estate law, real estate practice, real estate economics, real estate principals, and property management. I am also fluent in Spanish reading and writing.
I have always believed that there is a constant need for a good Realtor. Creating a Client for Life is very important for me and my future as a Realtor
